1. Acceptance of terms
By using ImprimeBay you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
ImprimeBay is a marketplace connecting customers and print shops. We are not a party to commercial transactions between customers and print shops.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed with it. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. For print shops
Print shops are responsible for their products and services, compliance with local regulations, and managing customer relationships.
5. Payments
Payments occur directly between customers and print shops via Stripe. ImprimeBay does not charge commissions on transactions.
6. Limitation of liability
ImprimeBay is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or transactions between platform users.
